2. Professional Consultation & Results

All treatments begin with a professional consultation. While our In-House Lab provides digital precision for "Instant Veneers" and "Bleaching," please note that dental procedures are biological processes. Individual results may vary based on your clinical health, and treatment plans are subject to a professional diagnosis.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

To maintain our private and refined environment, we kindly ask for your cooperation with scheduling:

  1. ​Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

  2. Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  3. ​Late Policy: Frequent no-shows or late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.​

4. Payments & Exceptional Value

  1. ​We are committed to providing world-class dentistry at a fraction of international costs.

  2. ​All fees will be transparently discussed during your consultation.

  3. We accept Cash (IDR), Major Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

  4. ​Full payment is required upon completion of the treatment session.

5. International Patient Support & Aftercare

​For our guests from Australia, the USA, and beyond, we ensure your transition home is smooth:

  • ​Stay Period: We recommend staying in Bali for at least 48 hours after major lab-related procedures for any final "fine-tuning" adjustments.

  • ​Remote Support: We provide digital aftercare guidance should you have questions after returning home.​

6. Medical Disclaimer

​The information provided on this website is for educational purposes and does not replace a physical examination or professional medical advice. A formal diagnosis is only provided after an in-person consultation at our studio.​

7. Privacy & Data Protection
